How do I return or exchange an item? We have an upfront, no fine print -our rules are in 10 point type, complete satisfaction guarantee!! Now, with that said here are the rules that apply: Exchanges: If Parenting Concepts has made an error in your shipment (say it ain't so) and now your item needs to be exchanged we get to pay the shipping cost(s) for said exchange. If, on the other hand, the need for the exchange is your mistake/decision, you will incur the shipping costs. If you need to exchange your unwashed/unused merchandise for a different size or color, just ship the merchandise back to us. You must include a copy of your sales receipt or a note with your order number, contact information and what you want us to do. Returns: Please check your HAPPINESS meter with your order before wearing and washing anything. Trying on for size does not constitute wearing and washing. Just sayin'. Then, if in the unlikely (always optimistic you know) event that you are not happy with your purchase you may return your UNWASHED and UNUSED item(s) to Parenting Concepts in the original packaging. You may take up to 30 days to make-up your mind for a FULL REFUND. You must include a copy of your sales receipt or a note with your order number, contact information and what you want us to do. Whether EXCHANGE or REFUND Parenting Concepts cannot be responsible for return shipping charges unless we made an error on the shipment contents. We HIGHLY recommend that you ship with a carrier who will insure your item(s). We cannot be responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the mail.
